Q: Is your service expensive?
A: No more than a comparable meal at an up-scale restaurant. For larger groups, parties, receptions, etc. charges are determined by the menu selected, number of courses and other amenities. Normally a budget will be determined at the time of the initial consultation. Estimates are given subject to change based on market price fluctuation of foods & seasonal availability.

Q: Do you purchase the foods?
A: Yes.

Q: Where is the meal prepared?
A: Some of the preliminary preparation is done before I arrive at your home. The majority of the preparation is at your location.

Q: Do you prepare meals that can be refrigerated or frozen to be served at a later date?
A: Yes.

Q: Do you cook for “special” or “restricted” diets?
A: Yes. I can prepare meals for most “restricted” and “special” diets: Low salt, Low cholesterol, Fat free, No MSG, etc. I can also prepare meals for vegetarians, ovo-vegans, strictly organic diets and other “special diets” such as for diabetics or hypoglycemics.

Q: Do you provide tableware, flatware, linens, dishes, floral arrangements or decorations?
A: No. I do provide some serving pieces. I would be happy to refer you to businesses that will provide these items to you.

Q: Do you provide alcoholic beverages?
A: No. I would be happy to suggest wines or spirits to accompany your meal but I do not purchase alcoholic beverages as part of my services.

Q: Do you serve and clean up?
A: Yes. I serve and wait on the guests and provide clean up for any area of your home that I and or my associates use.

Q: Are you available to prepare foods on a regular basis for patrons?
A: Yes. I can prepare foods for you on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. I am also available for individual events.

Q: Could your service be purchased as a gift for another person?
A: Yes. I prepare meals for friends or relatives of my regular patrons that have birthdays, anniversaries, meetings, etc.

Q: How far will you travel to a patron?
A: I am centrally located to: Cleveland, Akron & Canton and normally limit myself to this geographical area. I would consider other areas based on time, distance & my availability.
